Since 1968, we have dedicated ourselves to providing quality products in a timely, knowledgeable way. We continuously improve our levels of customer service by employing and training people who focus on listening with the intent to understand your issues, concerns and frustrations.

We have two facilities to serve you. Our York facility, Penn-Air & Hydraulics and Pneu-Force, is conveniently located near two major arteries in York County, PA. From this facility, we are serving the Central and North Eastern PA region, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia areas.

Our West Chester facility, Konstance Pneumatics, is strategically positioned to support the South Eastern PA area, the Southern New Jersey region and the state of Delaware.

As a Corporation, we are in the business of helping people.  Our satisfied customers have told us that typically we help them in the areas of increasing their profitability, reducing their operational expenses and improving their overall customer service and satisfaction.  Our core values of honesty, integrity and trust enable us to approach each day on a consistent basis.

We thank you for your business and the trust you place in our organization.

WHERE DO I START?

Over the years, we have helped thousands of companies to eliminate their issues, concerns and frustrations as it relates to their manufacturing plants, processes and machinery.  With dozens of suppliers and hundreds of products, we know from experience that every application is different.  Sure, some industries, equipment and processes are similar, but since YOU are involved, you are not the same as anyone else.  Until we can have a conversation with you to understand what you hope to accomplish, there is very little we can do other than to assume, guess and read your mind...not a very effective way to do business.

Our objective is to "seek first to understand before we seek to be understood".  If we are serving you properly, we should have 100% mutual understanding versus mutual mystification.  After a recent customer survey, every customer we contacted said that "they wanted to be 100% understood".

Once we are able to ask and answer the questions necessary to understand from your perspective, we can then determine if we might be a good fit.  And if so, typically we are able to help two types of individuals.

The first type is the person who is "Under Pressure".  Regardless of the role, most people in the manufacturing community are under considerable pressure today to perform and when their machines are not cooperating (downtime caused by broken parts, failing components, underperforming suppliers, etc...), there is considerable pain.

The second type is the person who is a visionary and looking for ways to improve their machines, processes, plants and environments.  These people are charged with the responsibility of increasing throughput, decreasing operating costs, meeting safety and health initiatives, as well as developing new equipment to keep their companies competitive in the global economy.

If you fall into either category, then perhaps we could help.

We welcome you to visit our site, but only if you have a lot of free time, no pressure or anxiety caused by your work responsibilities and all your machines are running at 100% efficiency.

We would prefer, however that you pick up the phone and call us toll free between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
